“Can You Survive?” is a test about Chinese social life. The cast is the people who put you on the spot: a relative asking for a loan, a colleague blaming you in the group chat, a friend cancelling for the third time, a landlord raising your rent.
Five arenas: work, family, friends, strangers, partner. Six questions each. Every option scores across initiative, expression, boundaries, empathy and strategy. You don’t get a label at the end. You get a map of who you freeze up around, and whether you freeze because you can’t say it or don’t know how.
Honestly, it’s not a clinical scale and it can’t diagnose anything. We add up the dimension scores from your choices, then simulate 2,000 random answer paths to see where you land. So the number is relative — how many of those paths you beat. Five questions give you a range. Thirty make it steadier.
The first five questions are free. The full report needs 25 more and costs $1.99. One payment, no subscription, no auto-renewal. You get per-arena scores, a five-dimension breakdown, and a seven-day plan built around your weakest spots.
MBTI tells you what type you are. This tells you who you freeze up around. Two introverts can behave nothing alike — one freezes with a boss, the other with relatives — and we score those separately. The 20 types come from 4 quadrants × 5 coping styles. The four people in one quadrant act very differently.
No account, no name, no phone number. We store your choices, an order ID and a random session tag in a Singapore database. Payments run through Stripe, so we never see card numbers. Data is kept for 24 months, and if you want it deleted, just email us.
